Juicing affords
a direct link between your body and vitamins. Juicing includes fruits
and vegetables. It gives you energy. It fortifies your body with antioxidants.
When I began juicing, I had some health issues that doctors were only
able to address with medications. Medications have so many side effects.
They are a temporary fix. I was told that I had to take these medications
throughout my life. Always challenge the doctors’ findings. They
are not the final authority.
I began doing
research on the Internet, and found a diet for the doctors’ diagnoses
that centered on a whole food or plant-based diet. I began to notice a
tremendous change in how I felt. I no longer felt as if I was operating
in a bubble out of contact with my surroundings. The pain I was feeling—even
while on the medication—eventually left.
Also, I noticed
that there were no side effects. Juicing has no bad side effects. Some
of the side effects of juicing are that you feel great and you have energy.
Additionally, juicing provides the necessary cleansing for your body,
and the greatest benefit you immediately notice is that it makes you feel
150% better. You do not have to go through life lifeless, limp, and hung
over.
Though I
now eat some fish (Icelandic fish) for health reasons, I have never left
juicing. I challenge anyone who wants to feel better, or who wants to
change the status of their health—please try juicing.
