The human
body is dependent on the quality and compatibility of the food that we
consume. Recently, Kevin conducted a health seminar on juice therapy at
a men's retreat with about 100 men in attendance. He was asked at least
100 questions. The point he makes here is about the compatibility of the
food we eat and digestion.
More light
is being shed on the mysterious working of the human anatomy and the process
in which the body assimilates the minerals and vitamins composed in real
food. At Juice to Live, we are teaching health enthusiasts and the layman
to understand the nutritional and recuperative value of properly prepared
fresh vegetable and fruit juices.
Juice to Live offers five important suggestions to a life of wellness:
- Laugh,
smile and be happy. Then your digestion will improve. You have to fight
for your happiness. But don't fight at the dinner table; it will cause
colitis.
- Get your
body moving. Start where you are. Exercise puts oxygen into the blood
and keeps your lymphocytes system going. It strengthens and nourishes
all the organs in the body.
- Eliminate
refined starches and sugars as much as possible; this alone will improve
your health tremendously.
- Avoid
food addictions. Don't let any food or drink become your God.
- Please
juice. Eating raw food is good, but juicing them is better.
